"Electronics not included" not clear enough?

Many put current chassis up for sale while they are still using/racing them and won't remove electronics until they sell.

So it's ok for someone to use a car after taking pics of the condition?

I should start taking pics of the kits right after I put them together then...

well until you buy it they still own it. If you don't like it no one is making you buy it. If you are looking for a new car buy a kit.

Sure it is. If the condition of the chassis changes the seller should disclose before selling or shipping. Ever bought a new car? No you haven't because EVERY car is used. It didn't magically get on to the train, truck, hauler, etc. You see an ad for a used car, do you think they just stop driving it to wait for it to sell? A clear ad is all that is needed.

This is a never ending debate. There's no rule saying you can't use an item while trying to sell it. Although it is common courtesy and common sense not to.

If its that big of a deal, discuss it in this thread.
