Here is a REX RER 12 S3 Engine manufactured by Novarossi. This engine I used once for the US sedan nationals, and was broken in once on a run in bench. Comes with a REX EFRA 2601 pipe, and has a few dings on it, but still works may need new springs and gasket. I have checked its internals and I documented that in the photos. Will work great in any 200mm touring car, because this engine and pipe combination generates lots of power!
