Is it cracked on the side around the fan or is that just the picture angle?

Hi Uzi, yes there is a crack in the fan housing. It doesn't seem to hurt the performance of the esc in anyway, only affects the appearance. A new case and fan sells for $12 and part num is CSE011-0015-00.
