i have a ofna starter box with powerpanel chrome top grey box i will sell it for 50 no battery i bought it 5 months ago and was going to use it for a ntc3 but then sold it so now the box is for ssale

Well just pay him buy paypal and if the seller doesnt ship the items out within 7 days paypal will take the money back. If he dosnt want to do paypal then dont deal. I know paypal sucks, but it rocks for the buyer.

bad part about it is if they draw funds out right away then paypal gives you a big I'M SORRY BUT excuse

No that doesnt matter, they will still take the money and make the seller account negative how ever much it is. The paypal report thing has to be done within 30 days other wise they say to bad so sad. Also if you file a report and then the seller talks you into stopping it and you still dont get your items then too bad so sad. You can file 2 time on the same item. If you close it once then you cant reopen it. But if you pay with a credit card through paypal then you have 6 months and you can do a charge back. then the seller is negative the ammount for the item and 75.00 for the paypal charge back fees. So just think about this when you feel like you might be getting scammed and paid via paypal. Also you get negative account and dont put the money in paypal can take the money out of your bank account. Or they will call a collections agency and your credit will get bad or whatever you want to call it. Or they will take you to court if its for a large ammount and the bank account isnt active anymore. then your really up $hits creek.
