Will this work on the Integy 10th scale on-road setup station?

I want this but need the following questions answered if possible:

1. Is this for 10th scale on-road?
2. I have the integy 10th scale on-road setup station but that came with AE nuts and not metric. Will this work/fit on there? Would you happen to know?
