I won't name names but I've seen some classics on here.....a sales lot with scraps of wire and bits of heat shrink tubing for $20 comes to mind

Ohhh, I know. When you can get the same new in the pkg item and apply a discount code + get Free Shipping at the major online sellers and get it way less, some of these guys just don't understand it and can't move $10 to $20 on the $150 item to meet fairly with the prospective buyer. Just watching for fun the HW XR8 Plus ESC that is up for sale and the bumps that will end up 40 pages long one day.

LOL

I really like how sellers won't leave feedback until AFTER you, as the buyer, leave feedback. I sent you the money promptly, that's ALL you need to know. I think I have about 10 transactions now from the Buy and Sell and only 3 feedbacks. Ridiculous...

WRONG!!! I dont leave feedback as a seller until received from buyer. As a buyer I dont expect it from seller until I leave it. Deal is not done until buyer says they are happy. So why would a seller leave feedback as soon as they get paid ? What if buyer tries scamming seller or gets weird ? Only protection for seller is feedback for buyer after receiving it from them. Just my .02

i think you and I are going to have to agree to disagree. I can see somewhat where you are coming from, but on the other hand if I paid you promptly as agreed, that should be reflected. I'm not sure how my dissatisfaction would play into how you leave me feedback on whether or not I paid you as we agreed upon before payment sent.

My comments above aside, I wish everyone would at a minimum follow this rule.

Feedback is the last thing to be done in a deal. If I sell you a motor you pay I keave feedback and when you get it you say ohh its got scratches on it. Yes there is and the pics showed it and description explained it. Now you want a partial refund. Now where are you at ? Maybe that feedback should be a neutral beecause you got hostile about it or you used a different address and tried claiming you never got it and it should be a negative feedback. Basically my thought is this. You buy,you get,if you're satisfied with purchase you leave feedback. Now as a seller I know your satisfied with your purchase and feedback is left.

I have had buyers pm and tell me the were happy will leave feedback tonight and so I go ahead and leave feedback then never get it. Once feedback is left it closes the deal.

Thumbs up PRICE!!

This has probably been posted before, but I just don't know why people don't post a doggone price on what they list!!
If it doesn't have a price, is it FREE??

I'll just assume you report those threads since, well....they violate the rules of this site.

Default Infractions on posting.

So I get 2 pm's about infractions about excessive bumping.

I understand the issue and reasoning but not why my post was deleted.

Restrict what a person can post or the times a person not delete the thread.

Deleting the thread is a little excessive in my eyes.

I believe deleting the thread will make the point. When you are reposting it, you will be thinking redoing this sucks and less people will be likely to break the rule. The "punishment " must be enough to cause one to rethink what they did not want to do it again. Check this out.

It is nice, pictures a good detailed description everything we look for in a for sale ad. Except two bumps in one day. Should he just get an infraction or does deleting it make more sense ? I believe deleting teaches the lesson better.
