FS: Upgraded HPI Savage XL!!!
Up for sale is my barely broken in, ARTR HPI Savage XL with the Big Block 5.9 motor pumping out 3.75 HP. All you will need is a Spektrum capable radio to get the party started. I got this nitro vehicle because I wanted to see what a nitro was like. I just saw that nitro was not for me. It has never been bashed as you will be able to see in the pictures. This truck has only been run on the street. It has a lot of upgrades on it. I paid for the motor to be broken in by my local hobby shop. I was new to nitros and I knew how important break-in was so I didn't want to chance it. It has had about 3/4 of a tank of nitro fuel through it, including the engine break in fuel. Here is the list of upgrades:
1. Upgraded Heavy Duty Aluminum Heat Sync for Motor. (New)
2. Hitec 7955TG Steering Servo. (New)
3. HPI Reverse Module. (New)
4. Aluminum Skid Plate.
5. HPI Goliath Tires.
6. HPI Blast Chrome Wheels.
7. Savage Shock Covers.
8. Air Filter Cover.
9. Spektrum SR300 Receiver.
10. HPI Receiver Pack LED Battery Level Indicator.
I also have a NIB HPI 3-Speed Transmission that I will add to the package for $40.00. Will sell the 3 speed tranny separately if anyone is interested. It will come with the Roto Start 2 as well as a Dynamite Glow Plug Igniter and Charger. Whatever extra parts I have for this truck will also come with it. I have $1000 invested in this truck and I am asking for $675.00. Paypal will be the only method for payment. If you want or need faster response, please text 720.384.3409. Will subtract another $40.00 if you don't want the Spektrum SR300 Receiver!
I will also be open to trades for a lot of different things on the electric side of things to include on-road cars, trucks, heli's and airplanes. Also would consider trades for Baja 5B's and/or parts for the 5B. Please nothing that runs nitro because I am not very good at tuning them. That is the reason I want to sell or trade my Savage XL.
