Basically, a radio, receiver, and batteries, and a servo (hitec 81mg) for the flat-chassis car. The ESCs work well, the motors run fine, just need the electronics put in and run. These things I am guessing with a 6-cell nimh pack, or better yet with a 2s lipo will push 25-30mph with the brushed motor. You can go basically as fast as you want with brushless, but you just can't control it after maybe 30-35, maybe 40 on a really nice surface. It may not sound too impressive, but they are just crazy fast for something that small. It has only been recently that I put the bigger motor in the 2nd car, but on the flat-chassis car I could basically keep up with stock TC, which was fun. I have some cheap AM radio gear I could include for a little extra $$, I just don't have batteries that I can give up, or a servo for #1. These really are some of my favorite cars, but there just isn't a class to run them in anymore, so if you want to race, these are not the answer. But, they are very fun to run, and quite inexpensive.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
