a few things, does it come with the adapter for LiPo balancing, what type of shipping do you use, and what method of payment.

The balancer plugs are built into the side of the charger :)

bigwavedave33 is correct about the balancer. Will ship it either USPS 1st class or parcel (have to weight it) and I take PayPal.

I'm interested in it if it includes the power supply. You can get this charger brand new off of hobbyking.com with the power supply for about 40 bucks. just saying
