Thunder Power TP610C AC/DC Balance Charger. This charger is in NEW condition and has been out of the box and turned on, so it's basically new. It also comes with the Thunder Power USB Programmer TP link to get updates for the charger ($30.00), a 10" 6 pin balance connector extension, and a misc set of charge leads. Here's the specs:
