Does it matter what software is on there ?

He is selling it with a Hotwire O.o that means u can update to any software lol

Yes it matters. Alot onroad guys dont want the new software and once it's got the newer stuff you cant go back.

so do you need the disk or can you just go to the site and get everything there i have 3 but never used it yet for my rx 8 how dose it work

I have the disk with the orignal software but, you download updates from the Tekin website.
