Mint O.S. .21VG

For sale is a mint o.s. .21vg with approximately 12 tanks on it including 6 just for break in. Motor is very tight and ready to go, very close to new. I would like around 80 shipped

I had agreed to purchase this motor for the asking price. Requested paypal information and got back that he would only send to verified paypal address. My reply was that this would not be a problem and another request for paypal info so that I might send him his asking price.

The reply that I got was that he had received a better offer and wondered if I would match it. Not sure if there are any rules about this, but it is not the way I do business at any level.
