It is a black 3g 8gig I have had it for ten months. I am the only owner and it is in great shape. I have always had a case on it and there are no scratches on the screen. I still have the box and everything. I'm just getting a 4g later this month so the 3g is in need of a new home. I know someone who can jailbreak it if you want.
