This is the Novak Smart Stop 4-Cell LiPo Cut-Off Module.

■Monitors LiPo battery pack voltage and prevents pack from going below
safety voltage level using a combination of throttle interruption
and a visual cue from the LED

■Functions with any brand Brushed or Brushless speed control for
vehicle, boat or air applications

■One touch set up button

■If voltage safety level approaches, throttle operation with short
periods of throttle blipping will occur along with flashing of the
LED warning that it is time to bring vehicle in-if vehicle is run
beyond this period, the module will bring to the motor to neutral
while allowing steering control
