I picked this up today and i need to verify functionality but it looks to be in great shape. The on/off wire is shortened, soldered and covered with heat shrink so its on as soon as the battery is plugged in. It doesn't have a power plug on it right now but the wires are tinned and ready for your preference of plug. I will have pictures up either tomorrow or later tonight if i get a minute.
