what happend was two people emailed for the receiver i didnt relize it was two differnt people then u both paided me. i was gong to sell two receivers anyway so i shipped both i shipped usps parcel post its says 7-10 business days im not refunding due to it being shipped andi have a deliverry conformaton number that says its still on the way i will also send the number to pay pal

What happened is you didn't communicate with either of the people that sent you money. You sound like a scammer now. You only listed one reciever in your add. If you have a delivery confirmation, what is it? If I don't get the money back, I will escalate this to a claim. You will lose this."

Still no delivery confirmation for me, but will you please post your delivery confirmation on here when you get it? I want to make sure it's not the same one he gives me on PayPal.

wow i didnt even see this post sorry for the very long delay.. i shipped both and one was deliverd tracking number is 0309 1830 0001 0630 4697 and was deliverd the other was to canada and will pro take a few more days to be delived sorry for the confusing what happend was two people paid me one was contacing me through email the other through pms and i thought it was the same guy i had two receivers but was only selling one. after relizing they both paid if figured my mistake and i could use the money anyway so i shipped one to each. like i said one receive it the other should anyday. sorry for the mix ups

I battled with PayPal once. I lost.
PayPal only refunds disputes on Ebay sales. Period.
If you got money, you did something I'm not aware of.

ALWAYS use a credit card for payment with PAYPAL, like you said PP only disputes ebay sales, but if you pay with a CC instead of PP balance or bank transfer then you can dispute with your CC company ... and they always win

Although this was a big giant f'ing mess, I did finally get my receiver and shady got his money. Not what I call a smooth transaction, but a transaction non the less!

HEY,I know.......!!! let's exchange phone numbers next time so we can have contact with each other and keep the messes like this from happening so people don't bad mouth each other . Keeping in touch with each other is KEY !
People stumble now and then , and even drop the ball occasionally !
