Don't bother makin offers as he states in his ad...price listed is all he will accept. Offered $170 in RC Tech with no fees (via PM on RC Tech) for a $180 ebay buy it now item with fees...no go. Don't say 'Make Offer' if you don't mean it.

I don't believe you are supposed to advertise ebay items on RC Tech RU?
