Micheal (Cheddah bob), got my bulkhead and steering rack today, very nice!

People, you need to buy these, they absolutely rock! Quality is top notch, fitment is dead on. These two parts are the ones that break most often, at least for me they do! Buy both of these parts and you will not be disappointed!

Any chance I can get some bigger pics? I think it is the bulk head I need but can't tell from the tiny pics? I'm trying to replace part UM501.

Hey Bob

Can you make a factory fit battery post with a thumb type screw.

For Kyosh RT5/RB5

part # um501 is the upper bulkhead part where the ballstuds screw in according to my rt5 manual... the bulkhead i make would actually be part # um502 according to the same manual (the part w/ the caster settings and the hingepins go through it for the front arms)

i will work on getting better pics, to be honest i totally forgot all about it because people quit asking

not unless you want one made out of aluminum

look into diggity designs, they are making carbon fiber battery straps, etc... look damn nice too

Yeah thats what I was thinking of, just make the post from alumium instead of the kit plastic. The square would need to be milled. I don't have a mill yet. Machine some small thumb screws or use AE's ones.

Maybe you can hook a Team Kyosho driver up when you make a set... I'm getting tired of looking for the dang body clips for the battery strap. I tinkered with making a set but don't have a way to make the bottom square to fit in the chassis and think it would be a better replacement if it did. Sooooo I thought I bet CB could make these.
