When i bought a new charger for my self the guy i bought it from threw in this balancer with the charger.

Well i use a different balancer and i do not need this.
It has been taking up much needed space in my tool box.

I dont know much about it.
Ive never used one of these before.
It looks to be brand new.
Not a single scratch on it that i can see.
Comes with a 2s balance harness.
Has a deans style plug on it.
No instruction manual.
Ive never used it.
