Default Buying from GRACER!! BEWARE!!!

I can't believe it! I actually received my package today, everything was there too. Still haven't heard anything from him though. Took 3 weeks to get it!

I've recently bought some items from gracer but he doesn't seem to know how to reply to emails or answer his phone once he receives your money. He has a 100% feedback but that must have been in another life. Anyone on here know him, or have his address! I need my $260 bucks back!

Here's his phone number if anyone is having the same issues with him that I am having. 516-557-6857 Good luck!

I bought some stuff from him a little while back.
it took him awhile to ship. he never answered his pm's either.
i finally found a phone number for him and got to talk to him.
he said the delay was because he was building a new track.
he said he would send them right out.
about 10 days or so later i got the stuff i bought from him.

i gave him the benifit of the doubt on his excuse because i was helping my track also.

+1 file a claim with paypal you will get your money back but dont be in a hurry! make sure you save all emails, pm's, and postings as you will need them for paypal.

Have a nice day!

Been there done that with Paypal on another case. You will only get your money back if the seller has funds in his PAYPAL account !!!

i bought a rb5 from him it was basically new but he put it together completely wrong i had to stip it down and rebuild it parts wrer on upside down and backwards. i wouldent be surprised if he wrote the wrong adress down. although for me he lives on long island and i met him on rt 110 and did the transaction there. he did look kinda grimmey though. i think he said he lived in lindenhurst. i hope that helps

Paypal is worthless for getting your money back, but....if you used a credit/debit card to make the purchase through paypal and that card has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it, every purchase you make is 100% guaranteed. Call your bank, tell them you want to file a claim and supply them with any information they need. The bank will refund your money, then THEY go after paypal and the person who sold you the stuff and the bank will work as the collection agent taking you out of the equation. Works very well, and sorry to say I have had to do it a couple times myself. Sad that there are so many dead beat loosers out there.

lindenhurst...damn, i shoulda known.....nothing good comes from lindenhurst.

when i was a teenager, true story....me and a friend, went to the indoor pool(i think it was a pool) at the lindenhurst high school field, and we took a dump on a paper plate, and slapped it up against the entrance door.

hahah....i still wonder to this day what happened after we left!!! we used to ride our bikes from babylon to lindy...

Default Thanks Everyone

Thanks everyone for your input! Us honest people have to stick together. I did pay using paypal and a credit card so hopefully I will get my money back. I have been emailing him for the last week and no response. I even got his cell phone number from a guy on here but guess what, HE DOESN'T ANSWER! GO FIGURE! The funny thing is this guy has a 100% feedback on here and not 1 person mentions him not responding.
