I don't think giving an opinion is illegal now if he was standing in front of your store screaming at potential customers you may have something (I love the nod) maybe I am wrong. Do you have a store? if so, where is it, I could come visit and look around.

theres many things they can get him for! no i dont have a store but i can meet you somewhere if you live in california

i am pretty sure you can use the rear brake with the foc. as a matter of fact, I am 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999% sure of it. (I love this little nod guy, he is sooooooo cool!!!!)
