Got the tires in. Were these tires part of a kit or brand new purchased from a bag as they don't feel like m3s.

No, it was not. Those were actually unpacked on the proline plastic packaging. That tires would be great for practice.

Ok. Maybe they just need to have the rubber refreshed as they were unpackaged for awhile.

Anyway, came in faster than I expected and packaged quite well.
