I have a used Reedy Quasar Pro charger/discharger. AC/DC with Deans plugs and comes with factory alligator clips. Has bananas on DC input leads. This unit has been back to the factory and upgraded to 611B specs. Comes with box and manual. Great condition minus the black plastic surrounding the LCD screen. It got into a fight with a soldering iron and lost. It does not affect the functioning of the charger or the screen. $45 shipped in the 48 states.

Don't people realize these are like 8 years old. And were sold for around 200, actually. And this one was branded with a soldering iron. 45-50$ is a good deal.

It really is a nice charger. I would hold on to it and use it, but I have two LRP Pulsar PRO's that take up less room in my pit box (but require a power supply.)

This charger does not need a power supply - AC or DC powered. Charges NiCd and NiMH up to 6.5 amps. Discharges at up to 20 amps!!!
