Are they labeled with the matchers numbers? 7 dollars a cell seems pretty steep if not?

They are direct from EP. They have not been matched. at 7 dollars a cell a 6cell pack comes to 42 dollars... You are not going to find a Brand New matched 6cell pack of quality cells for 42 dollars....Maybe 60 dollars!
