The 28RR is designed to rev higher while still maintaining superior levels of torque. The new engine head offers a lower center of gravity as well as increased cooling capacity. Clutch in pic is sold. Includes a bump start back plate.

motor
hi. since when is a motor new when there has been a half gallon of fuel uesd in it. i think thats is called a used motor not new. not trying to bust your b---s.

no prob. but as you say. it has less then 1/2 gallon. but you still think its new. in my book thats a used motor. with less then 1/2 gallon used in it. but if you want to call it new then i guess you can.

The motor is not brand new - it us used as everyone can read. The engine is in excellent condition. I paid $175 for the engine and am selling as a used engine for $90 + 10 shipping. I have had 23 positive transactions on this forum. I see you are new to the forum.
