For sale is a used Team Cobra Trackside Foam Tire Truer, it has arbors to do both 1/10 and 1/12 scale front and rear pan car foam tires. The arbor that is on it does both 1/10 and 1/12 scale fronts and with the additon of the small adapter ring in the picture will do 1/12 scale rears too, the arbor pictured on the table is for 1/10 scale rears. I installed a 12 volt motor in this and it works beautifully, there is a deans connector on it so you can use a wide variety of connections to hook it to 12 volts by simply adapting them with another deans connector.
