MMmmm, looks familiar

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEAFB:IT

You have to watch were you post on forums buddy .
I won the car on ebay 5 days ago for $430 and you told me the car was stolen from your porch while cleaning it for me .
If you didn't want it to sell you should of put a reserve on it .

Anyway i hope you are honest enough in the description of the buggy so no one gets screwed here.

I KNEW that looked familiar. You out bid me on it! Thanks! Wonder what he has to say now! Prolly something like "I found out who stole it and got it back." Nice catch.

LOL! Busted! What a dipwad...

If he knew he wanted a certain price, he should have put a reserve on it. I hate this type of auction tactic. Its kinda happened to me before. I bid on something, was the high bidder, it was a killer price, then the next thing I know its no longer up for auction...

Where the hell in this world did honesty, honor, and integrity go?....

just a side note, if he is from Australia ebay does not allow reserves for anything other than motor car aucions 1:1 size of course i guess some other ebay.com.xx would have the same rules..

this happens a fair bit in AUS auctions as the seller is not allowed to use a reserve.

though this doesn't excuse his lame excuse. should have just been honest with the highest bidder!

I often just but it large bold letters at the top of the auction that is has a reserve please contact me to know if you have reached my minimum price which is still a bit dodgy but all be aussie can do without the option of setting a reserve

i you think about it its hard to sell on ebay in this case as you are expected to sell it for what ever it goes for. xraxy buggy only gets a $200 bid you are expect to let it go which would never happen for example

Default BUSTED!

HAHAHA!!! BUSTED!!!!

I too love to see when someone gets caught trying to scam on ebay! I often get SOOO frustrated when crap like this happens. Like when a non-paying bidder tries to leave ME negative feedback because I left negative feedback about them not paying for the item they won! I see crap like this and that all the time. It really makes me feel like there is some kind of justice on ebay sometimes.

I've spent the last 3-4 years buying/selling RC stuff on ebay, and have over 800 positive feedback. I don't know if it's just the economy or what, but I'm so frustrated with shady bidders & whacky sellers like this guy, I've cut my ebay biz WAY back! I've never seen stuff like what happened on this thread so rampant on ebay before.....seems like it's all been happening for about the last 6-8 months now.

Don't know what the answer is, but this thread sure made my day!

This guy has tried to start another sale thread here on rctech, in the hopes of 'escaping' this one... http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...16#post4510716

As I posted in the other thread, I think we should all join in and each report him to the administration of this message board. The more reports submitted, the more likely it is for him to be permanently banned from rctech

Also, be on the lookout for him to change his user name and re-post this thread again with different pictures.

thats funny,

But I wonder if he knows that you can leave negative feedback for him on ebay now and he cannot do the same, feedback on ebay has changed.

Buyers can leave neg feedback but sellers can no longer leave neg feedback for buyers, I think that it changed in May, just thought I would give FFfactory a heads up,
