RC18T with Mamba brushless and lipos
#1

Hello,
I'm selling my RC18T. It comes complete with a Mamba brushless 5400kv system, 2 two cell lipo batteries, large servo (HS-81), Xray servo saver assembly, and Impulse R/C drag link. I only raced the truck a hand full of times. So, it's mostly new!
I'm not going to say that there is tons of hop ups on this. But, it's everything you need to go fast. I've set up r/c cars for a while now and have put some set up time into this. Everything has been balanced and weighted as you can see from the pics. RC18T chassis are tweaked from the factory so I set up the droop and weight according to that. The truck is so stable that I raced it 2wd against the 4wd cars! I did include the other two dogbones for someone wanting to put 4wd on it. The other battery that comes with the truck is weight adjusted to match the other. The servo produces something like 45 oz. of torque and responds very well. It is the Hobbico version of the HiTec HS-81. This one centers perfectly and the servo saver and steering work I've done to it equals the steering out unlike on most 18t trucks. I have carbide diff balls in the rear diff and have glued the d-rings onto the oudrive diff assembly so they do not move (the reason people buy the expensive MIP diffs that tend to break). I included another set of carbide diff balls for the front diff which is sitting idle inside the chassis.
Also, if you'd like to see my race results with the truck you can look here. Just select the file for the race or look for overall points and my name is Ben Burtle. The truck without the jumps on the track was faster than our stock 1/12 scale cars and touring cars and close to as fast with the jumps. It's very easy to drive and very quick and nimble. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
I'm not asking a lot. Just what I think it's worth. I'd like to see $125 plus shipping. So, $135 shipped in the continental U.S.
thanks for looking,
Ben

Forgot to mention some minor details. The pinion is an alloy robinson racing. I tapped out the screws to 3mm for easy removal and installed titanium mugen screws. All bearings are lubed with synthetic oil and are super free for better roll in the corners. I hope I didn't forget anything else.. haha
