OFNA 1/8 electric converted, Neu 1515 motor
#1

Up for sale is an OFNA Ultra Worlds II buggy, ready for brushless electric. No electronics are included. This is a rolling chassis that has been modified and is ready to add electronics. The custom motor mount is included, but you would need to make a battery hold down or tray as I needed my old one for a new project. I have raced this car the past two summers, it is well used and the most fun I've ever had in RC. It's great for club racing or bashing. Video of this actual car running is available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KNs-ss0H5A (no comments on my awful driving please
) All the info you'll ever need to know about this growing class is on this thread http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=158327
Make me an offer, nothing is unreasonable. Would consider trades too.
The motor is not included! The motor in the pics is a Neu 1515 2.5/d/f If you are really interested in it I would consider selling it, but not for less than $250. It is essentially brand new, only used at the very end of the summer season. It is the motor used in the video posted above, and runs super cool and perfect for racing on 4S lipo (people looking for insane speed runs should get a motor with higher kv).
What you get with the car is the following:
Ultra Worlds II buggy, narrowed to move all heavy items (motor and batteries) more centrally, and allows Losi 8ight bodies to fit which look much better than the OFNA ones.
Custom made motor mount, 1/4" aluminum and rock solid, no flexing at all.
Set of wheels and tires shown are included (imitation crime fighters which work pretty well)
Two bodies, Losi 8ight body well used, some cracks around mounting holes, other body (Thunder Tiger) is in better shape.
OFNA White, Silver, and Blue (heavy) springs.
Front CVDs, rear are dogbones
PBS front end installed, comes with original C-hub front end too.
Lots of extra arms, PBS parts
Solid center spool installed (preferred how this drove with electric)
Regular center diff included with standoffs,
Brand new extra front/rear diff and case
Third spare diff
3 plastic OFNA 51T spurs in varying useable condition (works better than steel spurs)
2 ring gears
Extra front shock tower
Various brand new parts: wing support, front arm pin holders, dogbones
Extra wing (yellow)
Container with lots of extra screws, nuts, washers, misc small parts.
PM me with any questions or offers. Thanks.
