file a paypal claim...unless he hows a tracking number with proff it was delivered they will refund your money. also sells have to remember to get tracking numbers as a few times ive had people say they never recieved anything an di forgot about tracking number and the buyer got both the product and money back.

Ya i forgot they dont ask for much info to register here. anyway im sorry that you ran into a douche bag, i think i ran inot the same thing on rcuniverse when i bought a jammin cr off a guy. its only been a week but i have not heard anything and im assuming the worst. I would go and look at all his old posts and see if you can find someone that bought or sold something to him and see if you can get a diff email or phone#.

Hey Guys, still no money from the jerk... Paypal did say that the claim was won in my favor but can not return any money becuase I did not purchase it threw Ebay. Thats bullshit... Oh they did say if the seller has buyer protection on their account then the money would be returned. So be carefull when you buy items. HEFFER I AM LOOKING FOR YOU!!!!!! You are a F_EN JERK.. Just give me my money back..
