No, there isn't anything missing. It's built about 60%, and then I lost interest. I race many different scales so too much going on. I probably would ship to S.A. as long as you pay the extra like you said and of course I received payment first. Are you interested in the extras as well. Everything is new, like I said the motor hasn't even been put in the car yet.
