Default 4 Digital Scales

I thought I'd check in to see if anyone wanted me to get some more digital scales ordered for the Spring/Summer season. I've been keeping a low profile here lately but you can find my other digital scales threads in the "For Sale/Trade" forum if you want to see how previous threads were handled.

Anyways, if you are interested in a set of 4 digital scales you can reply here. I'll keep a tally and if there is enough interest I'll contact the interested parties about pricing and payment and then order them. I have to order 50 scales at a time. So, as you can imagine, I don't want to just order them unless I'm fairly confident that I can sell them.

Here are the 4 models that I think would work well. I can mix and match when I order so I don't have to order 50 of just one style. So just let me know which set of 4 you would be interested in. All 4 models have a 500 gram capacity.

Yup...those prices are for sets of 4.

I don't think I'm supposed to post stuff like this in the electric forum.

I'll give it some time and hopefully it will get back onto page 1 from time to time so it gets seen.

Default scales

Do you have the dimensions for all of them? Hard to tell if they are real small or as big as the food scales I already have...

Thanks

I'll try to call them today and get the sizes on all 4 but I know that they are all pretty small. The red one is probably the only one that doesn't fit in the palm of your hand. I've one of them before and they are about 5"x5" or so. The other 3 scales are smaller.

If the $65 set does go to 500 grams, put me down for a set of four please. Is your distributor local? I will be down next weekend - can you get them in that short time? If not, no biggie. Just thought maybe I could save a couple $$ on shipping...

Thank you

Nah... I think they are on the west coast. There is a slight chance I'll have them in time for the Omaha Hobby Town HobbyPlex race, but that all depends on how fast I get enough interest and then payments to make the order. If I make the order by the end of day tomorrow, I think it's likely I'll have them before next Friday.

Some of you wanted to know the sizes of each scale. Here ya go:

Scale 1 (first one pictured) 2.5" x 2.5"
Scale 2 (second one pictured) 4" x 2.5"
Scale 3 (third one pictured) 4" x 2.5"
Scale 4 (last one pictured) 4" x 4"

I didn't ask for how thick the scales were since it doesn't really matter for our application. These are also approximate sizes (probably accurate to within 1/2" or so) as the sales rep just measured them for me when I called.

I added this information in the first post also.

if they all have a 500gram capacity why does the black one (first one) say 200g on it and the greenish color one say max 300g

Good eyes...

The company I buy from doesn't do the best job of updating their pictures when the specifications on their scales change. I verified with them twice that all 4 scales are 500g max. I even pointed out the two scales that had the confusing markings on them in the pictures. They confirmed that in both of those cases that the scale in question is now a 500 gram max scale.
