Default Motor Rebuild Service and Magnet Zapping

TPM is now offering our motor rebuild and magnet zapping service! All rebuilds will receive the following tuning treatment:

-Completely cleaned
-Magnets zapped using Team 1 Racing Zapper
-Comm cut and checked for size
-Bushings reamed, polished, and aligned
-Shim armature to center of magnetic field
-Brush hoods aligned and checked for smooth brush movement
-New F-Brushes installed and broken in, or the brush of your choice
-New Springs installed and tweaked to optimum tension according to dyno results
-Dyno Tuned, not simply spun up to check numbers. Dyno results will be included.

Price of rebuild and tuning is $10 for the first motor, and then $8 for each additional motor.

Magnet Zapping service is $3 per motor, and then $2 for each additional can.

A standard $3 shipping charge will be applied, and we accept paypal.

We stand behind all tuning that we do and will try everything to satisfy you. Our race results prove our success as tuners and you will not be disappointed!

I would also like to point out that we sell fully tuned Trinity CO27s with dyno print out for $38 shipped in the US with a complimentary pair of brushes.

Default It's about time........

Once you buy a motor from this guy you'll be back for more. Just give him one chance and you'll be hooked.
