ok i can do that but it may take 2 days actually 400 tomorrow then 12 the next day cause now i have to put another 12 in paypal account so do we have a deal now

When you get the cash let me know. I don't want to say yes to anything till the transaction is done... If you back out and the buyers I am talking to decide not to buy then I get left out on a sale.
