THIS IS NOT the A0102 - Infinity Clutch Nut Clearance Gauge

With this little hand-retrofitted tool, you can measure 1) clutch spring nut clearance and 2) clutch gap

Steps for measuring spring nut clearance
1. Turn the nut surface to the top of the thread, making them the same level (you can use a metal ruler to do the precise measurement)
2. Push the needle out of the gauge to the maximum level (don't over do it)
3. Insert the needle to the end hole on the crankshaft
4. Push the gauge body inward until the hollow cylinder end touches the nut
5. Press "ZERO" on the gauge. This is the zero position where the nut top is level with the thread.
6. Turn the nut inward to your desired position
7. Repeat step 3-4, the meter will show how far your nut has traveled. This reading is the clutch spring nut clearance.

Clutch gap measurement is similar to above.
