Unrelated to the sale, but I hope this helps: - The "Cares Act" is preventing foreclosure proceedings, fees, penalties and interest being assesed on homeowners with job loss and is calling for mortgage companies to grant 3/6/12 month forbearances. Contact your mortgage company - you will be ok.

I appreciate the info, but my mortgage company isn't currently participating in the voluntary suggestions for private companies. I didn't lose a 'real' job, so it's vague enough they won't do anything. I was let go 6 months ago, decided to finally finish my degree, and I was making ends meet renting a couple cars out on Turo. Stay at home orders shuttered demand for that and the employment I had lined up for this month fell through. I'll be ok in the end. Just need to pinch a few rc items short term.
