Nitro RS4 2 ready to race $250 obo
I am selling a Nitro RS4. It began as a RTR and became the full fledged racer it is today. I am a co-race director at my local track and have worked in the local hobby store for the last 4 years, so you can rest assured that this car has been taken care of. After every race day it has been completely disasembled, cleaned and any damaged parts were replaced. Im selling it because I have gotten back into electric touring cars.
I am selling the following:
Nitro RS4 with the following hop-ups:
-2-speed tranny
-Replaced bearings, only about 10 runs on them
-Graphite HPI Upper deck
-Graphite HPI y-brace
-Graphite HPI Front shock tower
-Custom 1/8th inch (.3175mm) 6061 T6 aluminum chassis (I also have the original chassis)
-Custom upper A-arm bulkhead for increased strength, no slop, and allows the use of a-arms instead of turnbuckles.
-Front and rear upper a-arms
-Eagle blue anadized theaded shocks with 70 weight shock oil all around. Red springs in the front and white in the back (extra springs: 4 copper, 4 silver, and 2 white)
-HPI Front belt tensioner
-HPI side brace/side belt tensioner
-HPI fiber disk brake
-Steering upgraded to RS4 Nitro Racer steering (with bearings)
-Servos: steering Futaba S9201 0.79 x 1.59 x 1.40, weight 1.70, Torque 69.50, speed 0.22/60
throttle Airtronics 94102 20 1.54 x 0.79 x 1.42, weight 1.59 oz., Torque 53, speed 0.20 / 0.16
-Kimbough servo saver on steering servo\plain\f3\fs24 , and associated RC10GT linkage set for throttle/brake.
-Engine: HPI .15fe (always used 20% blue thunder and after run oil) compression is still good enough to keep up with a NTC3 down the back straight.
-HPI purple heatsink head
-O.S. 10E carb
-Motorsaver airfilter
-HPI racing clutch
-RRP lightweight vented flywheel (purple)
- Losi header and associated tuned pipe (weird combination, but it works great)
-MIP boost bottle (look closely in the pictures)
Everything in the pictures. Here are the major things:
-Bodies: 2 very used alfa romeos, 1 Corvette C5R used but still looks good, 1 Skyline GTR run 3 times, 1 Never ran alfa romeo (i can cut the holes if the winner wants me
-Radio: Stock radio that comes with the RTR, stock receiver. Channel 4 (yellow crystal)
-Dubro Glow starter and charger, both work flawlessly.
-MIP temp gauge (needs new battery)
-Tires: Used HPI pro compound x-pattern with hard yellow inserts mounted on OFNA inch up wheels (these hooked up very well on dust free untreated asfault). Another set of slightly used tires that are better for bashing than racing.
-Hobbico afterrun oil
-All the spare parts in the boxes, most plastic parts on the car are there. This includes new parts and all parts that have been replaced.
