he told me he still had it, his wife forgot to tell him that she sold it, SORRY my mistake for asking if somthing is still for sale, and getting a responce that it is. I would appreciate it if you would not say anything unless you know the whole story.

No big deal, I have emailed the guy a few times about the rooster and never heard back either. Thats how it goes sometimes. Too good to be true I guess

_nick_: now I wish he had sold the stuff to you. All I got was a box of useless rubber tires. I'm sure this is just a clerical error on his wife's part. Anyway, I would hold off on buying anything from him until this clears up. Has anyone else here had any problems? Here's my little email exchange from him:
nospuppy: Sorry to bring this out into the public. I'm just doing this to protect other buyers if this is just a scam. I know others like to keep things quiet and wait for things to get fixed only to find out a month later that the seller was scamming other people simultaneously. Like I said, I'm sure this is just an error on your wife's part and I expect this situation to be rectified as I am sure it will be. I'll keep you guys up to date if this thing gets fixed.
EDIT: Problem fixed immediately. You can trust nospuppy. It was just an honest error. Thanks for the full refund. I'll PayPal back the difference after I send the tires back tomorrow.

Hey, nospuppy, you sent me the wrong stuff. I paid you for 2 Novak ESCs, not a box full of tires. I expect a full, and immediate refund, then I will return the tires to you or send me ESCs immediately.
