I have 2 2-wire mylaps transponders.

What is the difference in the 3 wire vs. 2 wire? I am new and learning all this and need some transponders.

Honestly not 100% sure but the 3 wire is the newer version and only works with the RC4 system where as the 2 wire worked with the older systems as well as the new.

The 3 wire also offers the ID system. Where one transponder can be used for more than 1 vehicle/profile/ID, the 2 wire cannot.
