Cob webbing is actually a technique too, so some day you might actually be trying to get the effect.
To make your gun cob web you usually spray thick paint at a very low pressure. So try increasing your air pressure. What do you usually shoot at? I'm fond of 20-30 psi myself. Anything lower and I usually have to thin the paint to water to make it spray how I like.
Clogs on the tip and in the gun can also result in webbing. Also extreme air pressure can sometimes cause webbing to occure with thick paint.

What technique do you guys use to thin paint? What exactly do you you use? I going to order an assortment of Parma Faskolor, does this have to be thinned? Also, what do you do for quick color changes? I use a gravity feed.
Thanks.
