1987 Mr2 body
1987 Mr2 body for a tc3 or r40. If anyone can find such a body for a 1/10th scale car, wow...you'll be remembered in the after life. :)
I've been looking for a body like that for years. Haven't found one yet, but maybe somebody knows somthing. I can't even find a static model of the MK1 series MR2.
ha! good luck. very hard to find any 80's bodys. i think you would have better luck finding someone who knows how to make bodys.

Good luck finding an MR2... I used to own an MKII in the mid-90s and was feverishly seeking for a company who made a body of it. Was fortunate enough to find this one, but unfortunately a bit too late... Already sold the real car, so had to sell this rare piece a few years ago too! Fetched for some REAL good money because of rarity... (Not sure on who made it ***maybe Kawada? Just lucky to find it at a closing out hobby store... circa 2000)

Hey Ian....
Yes that was a Kawada, when they were located here in Seattle we used to see stacks of those bodies on the shelves....... |

A curb side is a model without an engine. It is just the body and interior. The bottom of the chassis is also molded from one piece of plastic. I find that most imported kits are curbsides. The US kits like Revell, etc.. have detailed engines and chassis, hope this helps, enjoy. |
