Well after suffering on with an old Badger 350 for far to long I had the last straw last night while doing some shading work and the gun absolutly would not stay consistant. It is being demoted to spraying backing white and Im going over to Hobby Lobby and picking up an Iwata HP-CS.

Default Paasche Talon

Does anyone have any experience with the Paasche Talon airbrush? I had one in my hand and it looked like it would be nice.

Any thoughts on this one?

Nevermind.............I posted before reading the entire thread on others thoughts.

I will go ahead and tell you mine. I own 2 and love them. The spray real nice and are easy to clean. The one I bought came with all 3 needles. The largest will put out some paint and makes easy work of backing colors or large sections. A keeper for sure.

That's an excellent AB for getting started. Also it comes standard with a .5mm needle/nozzle which is a plus.

Sorry Im sure this has been sked before but, I just picked up an air compressor its a 3 gallon pancake that has 100 psi max, and has a 1/3 hp oiless motor, it has an adjustable out put on it will this work for airbrushing? I bought it to get into air brushing, I have been doing a lot of reading and researching and con't find real solid info on using non purpose compressors for airbrushing, besides some saying they work fine.

That compressor will work fine, you just need to get a moisture filter before you use it.
