Default carbon fibre quess

i am interested in fabricating radio and battery box covers for an 8 th scale buggy. they are simple in design being both square with 2 screw holes. my question is that i wondered what the best way to cut these out without a cnc machine. or i can send the designs the carbon company. just tryin to save a few bucks and do it myself.
