I have had better luck with Parma, I think it is just personal preference, I don't think one is far better then the other.

I spray unthinned parma on with a HVLP gun, one light coat hitting all the hard areas heaver (deep narrow areas) then one heavy coat over the whole body and it is done.

Like Mike said, a new blade is the way to go. I cut 2-3 bodies than change blades. I use the older blades for scoring trim lines and vent holes.
