Nothng alike. The Parma is a Badger, and the Iwata is, well, an Iwata!

Skip the F1, buy the Eclipse and never have to wonder if you made the wrong choice.

FYI the Parma is not a badger It is a Iwata made for parma.(or a CLONE). all the parts and pieces will interchange.. Its way far away from a badger..

Dave do you own either of these I do..
badger is a syphon feed not a gravity feed like the brushes Reptile asked about..

I own a badger A1 and also own the Parma F1.. and I only but Iwata tips needles ..

Well, I sure got told off. I want to thank you for opening my eyes.
I guess I will sell the five Iwata's I have owned for 7 years and rush out to buy a private labeled Parma F1, because you say so. And I am sure Badger only makes siphon models, right?

Well, maybe you should check out the Badger (Thayer-Chandler) website and study the model 5000.

Kinda looks like the Parma F1, strange.....nothing like any Iwata you find at the Iwata website.

Parma F1

Badger TC 5000

But I'm sure I must be wrong. Because your right.

More interesting history on the Thayer Chandler A series. Some really good data out there if one takes the time to research and read.

Your Eclipse will most likely come with a small sample tube of SuperLube (mine did). It works great.

Well...uh.. Dave

As far as the air hose working with the Iwata you'll have to get another one or at least an adapter. The one that came with the Badger has a smaller fitting on the air brush end. You may also want to invest in a quick connector for the air brush end. It just makes life easier.

I went to the above web site and noticed MASTER DUAL ACTION PRECISION air brushes. They looks very nice and all, but wondering how good they really are? Has anyone worked with one worked with one of these before? Look great for the price.

Thanks

Paul

It is hard to find a complete detailed description on the connector for the Iwata. Some places show that part number as a Paasche fitting, which is different threads from Iwata.
