Strange. I tried it and see what you mean.
My solution, MS Paint Sucks!
I built them to print out and work on them by hand. However, most programs (other than MS paint can handle it)
I would suggest, if you have the capabilities, to change the format to GIF or BMP and then try working on it in MS Paint. Worth a try.
If I find out anything, I will let you know.

You can download a free trial of photoshop, or paintshop, or you can download it for free off limewire or kazaa...

Yeah, I find most Stadium Trucks and Buggy Bodies to be the same all around.
If your just plotting a paint scheme, you can use most any of the templates we have.
Try This one, almost looks identical to it.

So I think I know the problem.
Because I save it as a JPG, the vector art becomes pixalated when I bring it to Photoshop. That will give you very small, scattered or loose pixels. Usually not noticeable to the eye as the value is like 1% off from the 0 it should be.
Photoshop, or any program worth its mustard, will allow you to change the sensitivity settings on your Paint Bucket, Selection Tool, Magic Wand etc...
Usually, the default setting for photoshop is set to disregard such low values. However, MS paint is set to the highest setting. Meaning, that thing will pick up on SINGLE pixels. As Far As I know that cannot be changed.
You can set up photshop to do this, but that is only neccessary when making stuff like web or program icons. Even then, the image should be small enough to not even need the selection or bucket tools, you can just do it by hand (or pen tool in this case)
So there you have it. A very long explanation on why MS paint Sucks and why you should invest in Photoshop, or at least hack it.

Hey scooby Doo, you know how when you are using the line tool in Photoshop the line isn't "crisp"...meaning that it gets lighter on the edges, intead of a solid color...Well I am using photoshop v.7, do you know how to change it so it doesn't do this? Also, when I delete the color inside an outline in a solid color it deletes some of the pixels on the solid color I used for the outline...do you know anyway to change it so it doesn't do that?
