Default Rusted E30

So I'm sure some of y'all have seen the fad going around now with the rusted body panels and rickety roof racks and what not.. well it's not my favorite thing ever but I have seen a few cars where it doesn't look half bad. I needed a new body for my drifter, so I figured that I would give the rusted look a shot.. The body isn't complete I still have wheels on order, need to build a roof rack, install led's and a few other details.. feed back is welcome, but please don't post that you think the fad is stupid and point less. Enjoy

I'll update with new pics as I progress with the body

Thanks for the kind words body craft has always been one of my fave aspects of the hobby

as for the body posts.. they have already been trimmed hahah I did a rough cut to mount the body and wanted to make sure I left enough

The roof rack is about 1/3 of the way done so I'll get pics soon

Smile ***UPDATE***

So I got my wheels in, got the roof rack pretty close to done I believe unless I change my mind and make another out of aluminum tubing instead of styreen like this one... I'm in the process of making an faux exhaust system with tubing running to the chassis, installing LED's and also mulling over the idea of doing an interior.. who knows.. but onto the pics

BTW sorry for cell pics I'll get better ones if it ever stops ranning.. lol

New wheels (Speedway Pal Slidemaster FM in 10mm and 7mm offset)

Roof rack mocked up but not attached.

Closeup.
