Questions?? A question for the Pro's

I have wondered if anyone has figured out a way to soak old school decals off a body, to transfer to a new one? I ggogled around, but didn't find much and thought I would ask you guys if it's viable.

Edit:
Ok, I did a little experimenting on this. I filled the sink with hot water and let the body stand about 15 minutes, to rehydrate the decals. Then using a hair dryer set on medium heat, blown across the inside of the body, to warm the decal adhesive. Not too warm or the decal starts to stretch. Just grabbing a corner of it and slowly letting the decal let go itself, worked great. Don't tug it, just keep even light pressure on it. This left some of the adhesive on the old body, so I will need something to reapply on the decal, clear and really sticky.
