Copy and paste the list as it gets bigger.

Anyway..Here is a question for ALL Painters:

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AIRBRUSH???

I'll start...

1. Charlie B---Iwata HPC
2. Lynn Munno---Badger 150 (but never used anything else)
3.
4.

Get the cars first then learn to paint, cause we all know how many bodies get mangled learning to drive.

OK I will ask the Iwata veterans here. I have been using the Paasche VL for ages and need to get another brush. I wanna get a gravity feed this time around and through recommendations etc. etc. I will be going with the HP-C (more or less). I am also considering a knock off HP-C just to try it out anyone heard of the Sogolee brand?

Here is my problem. I am starting to get confused with the various flavors of the HP-C. There is the HP-C. The Hi-Line HP-C, the HP-CS and the HP-C Plus (cutaway handle that much I know) and thats not even getting into the Revolution HP-CS! For my money the Revolution isn't too much cheaper than what I can get an HP-C for so if I buy an Iwata I will stay within the upper side of the line. What are the differences? Is there a difference between the regular HP-C and the Hi-Line version (micro fine valveing?) What is the difference between the HP-C and HP-CS and the HP-C plus?

any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find a site that lines them all up and gives me the specs or differences.

hEHE...THJE cRESCENDO WAS MY very FIRST brush...it died 4 years ago..may it RIP...ahhh..the good ol days...

Qranq-the micro valve thingy is just to adjust the airflow through teh brush to further regulate airflow..when you need JUST enough air pressure for a particular application...and the rest of teh differences between brushes vary from needle size(.2mm to .35 mm) to cup size to either bottom/top/side fed variations. Hope tis clears things up a bit.

here's a question for you pro's useing the Iwata HP-CS, What and how do you clean your brush? feel free to include all the little details I've had mine now for a few months used it a few times so far and although cleaning it seems fairly straight forward I've noticed that my brush seems to clog a bit easier now then when it was new. i use mainly createx paints as well as spazstix and alclad2.
