posting new pictures
how do you post the pictures that are fulsize, the only way it seems to let me is by attaching the thumbnail.

place the link to the image file in "img" tags

You're better off using a free hosting site for your pics like Photobucket. This is a pretty detailed how-to post pics using Photobucket -

There are size limits and there's not a whole lot of reason to post stuff thats Mbs in size. I use a resizer to cut mine down to 60-80kb abd there's still plenty of resolution.
